INVERTER SERVICE WARRANTY
We guarrantee the Repaired or Exchanged Inverter for a period of 12 Months.
If the Inverter that was Repaired or Exchanged by Inverter Service fails within the 12 months warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the Inverter Free-of-Charge.
There will be no charge to collect and freight the Inverter to Inverter Service, repair or replace the Inverter and return freight the Inverter back to you.
The repaired or replaced Inverter will be covered by the remaining balance of the original 12 months warranty plus an additional 3 months Warranty.
If your Inverter fails, please contact us to request and Authorised Return Number (ARN)
Please note:
Where repairs are required outside of the stated Warranty period or terms and conditions, such repairs may still be available to Consumers at Inverter Service's expense pursuant to the Consumer's Statutory Rights.
